It may have the capability to run an alternative operating system like NetBSD or Linux. It has many of the capabilities of modern desktop PCs."

PocketPC is the name for any hand-held computer running the Windows operating system. Like the one above, they can provide many of the features of a regular computer, but do it on the go – things like web browser, email, text updates, and so on.
